The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 5, section 4, line 2, after the word “permit” by striking the word “and” and inserting in leu thereof the word “or”;

On page 6, section 4, line 20, after the word “with” by striking the word “paragraph” and inserting in leu thereof the word “subsection”;

On page 6, section 4, line 24, after the word “with” by striking the word “paragraph” and inserting in leu thereof the word “subsection”;

AND,

On page 7, section 4, line 47, after the word “with” by striking the word “paragraph” and inserting in leu thereof the word “subsection”;
